Please read this Agreement carefully and have it available for reference before submitting your subscription to set up your automatic recurring payment. Please verify that all information provided is complete and accurate before sending your agreement
An automatic recurring payment in the range provided to you in writing, electronically, or as described to you here will be made every twenty-eight (28) days for renewal of your subscription on a recurring basis. You will receive a post-payment confirmation email following all automatic recurring payments. For example, your subscription currently requires a $128 + GET payment every 28-days. If you establish your subscription on March 1, The first recurring payment of $128 + GET will be made March 29. Your next automatic recurring payment in the same amount would occur on April 26. You will not receive any advance notice of this payment but you will receive post-payment confirmation by email.
If your automatic recurring payment is declined, you will be contacted by phone or email. We may permanently restrict your ability to use a certain payment method if that payment method fails multiple times. REMEMBER: If your Automatic Recurring Payment fails, you will need to replenish your account with another payment method. In the event any payment is not made and you do not make a payment by the end of your billing cycle, your service may be suspended or cancelled.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to this Automatic Recurring Payment at any time. To cancel your Automatic Recurring Payment, visit your shop.maoroganicfarms.org account and unsubscribe. The subscription service is managed by Authorize.new and therefore we can not manually unsubscribe you ourselves. Your request to cancel your Automatic Recurring Payment may take up to 48 hours to take effect, or however long according to Authorize.netís processing center. You can easily cancel anytime, online, 24 hours a day. There are no cancellation fees although there are no refunds for partial months.
If you wish to reestablish your subscription and Automatic Recurring Payment, simply re-subscribe by visiting shop.maoorganicfarms.org. Changing Automatic Recurring Payment.If you would like to change your Automatic Recurring Payment including, for example, making a change from one credit or debit card that was initially selected to another credit or debit card or bank account, you must authorize the recurring payment with the new credit or debit card or bank account by contacting MA‘O Organic Farms at csa@shop.maoorganicfarms.org.

This Agreement is not transferable and must be agreed to by the person authorized. Your submission on this website, on the phone, email, or mail constitutes a binding agreement for recurring billing.
By providing my credit, or debit card or bank account information (”Payment Method”), I AGREE that I have read and understand this Automatic Recurring Payment Agreement. In addition, I authorize MA‘O Organic Farms to charge the full amount required by my rate to the specified Payment Method; and I authorize the financial institution for the Payment Method, specified above to charge or debit my account and remit payment to MA‘O Organic Farms. This authority will remain in effect until I give notification, as required under this Agreement, to terminate this authorization.
